Drive efficiency in hiring by proactively managing requisitions and staying ahead of market trends.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills.
Present structured, well-documented candidate summaries to hiring managers for consideration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand staffing needs and provide talent insights.
Leverage the ClearCompany ATS and other technology to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a smooth hiring journey.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or 3+ years of proven recruiting experience (high-volume, multi-location experience preferred).
Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing techniques.
High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
