Lead day-to-day ITO costing activities for a portfolio of Gas Turbine products
Support the handover of budgets from ITO to OTR for factories, sourcing, and requisition engineering teams
Lead the quarterly EAC (Estimate at Completion) reviews with factories for deals transitioned to OTR
Monitor upcoming NPI changes impacting Gas Turbine product costing
Lead and coordinate the annual handbook costing exercise for Gas Turbine material, labor, MSD, and Requisition Engineering scope
Prepare comprehensive year-over-year handbook comparisons
Support recurring Gas Turbine Product Cost outlooks throughout the year

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
If hired in the U.S., at least 6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, or Manufacturing
Relevant prior experience in Finance or Engineering/Manufacturing
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a global team environment
Prior exposure to Gas Turbine components, manufacturing processes, and BOM structures
Experience with ICS, PLM, and SAP PMx systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead horizontally and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and application of modern analytics tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and drive results
