Role Overview
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to help sell new products and offerings.
- Draft and negotiate complex international agreements with customers.
- Interpret new laws and regulations and their impact on the business.
- Provide coaching and development for junior lawyers.
- Perform due diligence work.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience practicing law.
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity.
- Proven experience in managing a team of attorneys and legal professionals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
