Role Overview
- Review of documentation and drafting of medium
- and high-complexity pleadings;
- Managing and scheduling procedural deadlines for medium-volume mass litigation;
- Regular monitoring of cases in the portfolio;
- Preparation of procedural reports;
- Development of litigation strategies and legal theories;
- Drafting procedural and appellate pleadings;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Supervision of law interns;
- Oral advocacy and legal opinions;
- Analysis of property titles/registry entries;
- Client service, including conducting meetings and exchanging emails;
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience in all phases of the litigation process;
- Desirable experience with strategic litigation;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
