Role Overview
- Drafting procedural documents (initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and various motions);
- Case monitoring and compliance with deadlines;
- Document analysis and definition of legal strategies;
- Acting in administrative proceedings before Procon, Seconserva and other regulatory or supervisory bodies;
- Preparation of reports and management of portfolio indicators.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Law and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience with administrative proceedings before agencies such as Procon, Seconserva and similar bodies;
- Experience with consumer law matters;
- Familiarity with court systems, as well as Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong legal writing skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail and good organization.
