Responsible for a caseload of consumer and civil matters in both judicial and administrative proceedings.
Drafting all pleadings and other case documents for the caseload.
Attending and conducting hearings.
Updating and maintaining the firm’s and client’s case management systems.
Procedural case monitoring and follow-up.
Other routine duties related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the practice area preferred.
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law.
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory).
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands.
Oral and written communication skills.
