Conduct deep-dive assessments of operational workflows to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to validate improvement potential and quantify expected benefits
Develop future-state process maps and automation concepts aligned with business objectives
Create comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation and process changes
Direct and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, vendors) during solution design phases
Coach and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and informal guidance
Build cost-benefit analyses and ROI models for proposed automation initiatives
Monitor post-implementation results and recommend iterative improvements
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of process improvement opportunities
Stay current on automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools, API integrations) and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 years in process improvement, business analysis, or automation strategy roles
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
Proven experience leading complex initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms, API-driven solutions)
Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
Experience in financial services or operations environments
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP)
