Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns directly with business goals
Advise on organizational development, leadership, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Strengthen the organizational culture and help break down silos
Stimulate collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and enhance leadership maturity through coaching and leadership programs
Build a future-proof talent strategy focused on succession planning, talent management, and leadership development
Create a strong employee experience for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
Coordinate HR activities across different countries and ensure consistent HR processes while respecting local legislation

Master’s degree (HR, psychology, economics, law, or similar)
At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role or management team
Experience with organizational and cultural transformations
Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong advantage
Comfortable working in an international matrix organization
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with post-acquisition integrations is a strong plus
