Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within an international organisation in Nigeria.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) is a strong advantage.
In-depth familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Nigeria.
Demonstrated ability to lead HR strategies that align with local needs and long-term business objectives.
Proven success managing union relationships and navigating complex labour issues specific to Nigeria.
