Role Overview
- Serve as the initial point of contact for user support
- Understand and categorize issues, create and manage tickets
- Follow up until open cases are resolved
- Provide input for the product roadmap
- Document recurring processes and frequently asked questions
- Support the managing directors with various tasks
- Proactively identify and take on additional interesting tasks
Requirements
- Technically proficient with experience using apps (iOS, Android)
- High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work in a structured and analytical way
- Empathy and good situational awareness
- Curious and quick to learn
- Ability to respond on short notice during weekdays
