About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the initial point of contact for user support
Understand and categorize issues, create and manage tickets
Follow up until open cases are resolved
Provide input for the product roadmap
Document recurring processes and frequently asked questions
Support the managing directors with various tasks
Proactively identify and take on additional interesting tasks
Requirements
Technically proficient with experience using apps (iOS, Android)
High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills in German and English
Ability to work in a structured and analytical way
Empathy and good situational awareness
Curious and quick to learn
Ability to respond on short notice during weekdays
