- Design micro-learning training content using the Cards tool
- Transform internal information into short, clear, and pedagogical modules
- Structure and write content adapted to fast, engaging learning formats
- Ensure the quality, clarity, and consistency of created materials
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify, organize, and prioritize topics to be addressed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a 2
- or 3-year post-secondary HR program (Bac+2/Bac+3 level)
- Autonomous, proactive, and organized
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize information
- Attention to detail, clarity, and user experience
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote work
- Intermediate level of English required
