As an Intern in the P&O domain you will work closely to the P&O Manager, by supporting and trying to fulfill all the main department requirements, in order to guarantee the best performance standards.
You will collaborate with the P&O team and you will be supported by your tutor, P&O Manager.
Recruiting: job offers publication, CV screening and feedbacks about candidates to the Business Partners.
Support pre-onboarding and onboarding phases for new comers.
Training & Development: support the definition of training & development plans, also through the use of funded training (Fondimpresa).
HR reports by SAP SuccessFactors.
Internal communication development for employees.
Graphic content creation for HR initiatives by using Canva and PowerPoint.
Constant interactions with internal stakeholders and business partners.
Support the P&O Manager during Trade Unions negotiation phases.
Requirements
Education: a brilliant laureate with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, Human Resources or similar branches.
Technical & Soft Skills: Digital savvy, in particular Office Suite and Canva.
Predisposition to teamwork and excellent aptitude for problem solving.
Languages: proficient in Italian and English.
