About this role
Role Overview
- Assist the HR Technology team with maintaining and supporting HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Support employee data management and data integrity audits
- Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and validation during HRIS updates or enhancements
- Participate in HR technology projects including document management systems, onboarding solutions, and learning systems
- Help create and maintain HRIS documentation, process guides, and training materials
- Assist with reporting and data analysis using HR systems and Microsoft Excel
- Support HRIS team members with system configuration, data uploads, and integrations
- Provide support for HR system users and assist with resolving system-related inquiries
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR technology and processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
- Junior or Senior standing preferred
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Interest in HR systems, technology, data analytics, or system administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
