Execution of installations, start up, maintenance/servicing, training and support in worldwide service with corresponding travel activities.
Working independently on very complex equipment and systems, being a specialist in the assigned technology
robotics.
Assembly, commissioning, relocation and optimization of highly complex production equipment in the production plant.
Execution and documentation of parameterizations as well as changes and optimizations to machine controls and programs.
Creation and maintenance of test
and maintenance plans.
Carrying out machine capability studies in accordance with requirements/specifications and ensuring the machine capability of assigned resources/systems.
Evaluation and interpretation of the MFU results and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations from requirements/specifications.
Monitoring, optimization and documentation of defined or specified parameters according to specifications.
Participation in the evaluation and interpretation of process capability studies.
Identification / determination of weak points and potential for improvement of assigned technologies in production resources / systems.
Ensure the quality of maintenance, repair, overhaul and service work in the factory.

BD Mechanical, Automation, Industrial or related.
3-5 years working in the role in the automotive environment.
Robot programming, PLC, knowledge of automation / sensors, service & maintenance, mechanical engineering.
English Advanced Level.
