Role Overview
- Record and classify IT service requests and IT incidents globally
- Process in first level support as well as second level support if necessary
- Create solutions for simple problems for the solutions database
- Analyze and clarify problems with internal partners
- Document actions according to predetermined guidelines
- Provide on-site support for office or shop floor systems
Requirements
- Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related major
- 3 years IT Operations On-Site experience
- Standardized procedures and processes expertise
- Ability to analyze situation and provide solutions
