Treasury Management Sales Officer

Role Overview

• Responsible for driving growth, retention, and profitability of treasury management services.
• Focus on identifying and acquiring new commercial clients.
• Expand treasury management relationships with existing customers.
• Deliver tailored treasury management solutions.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in treasury management.
• CTP designation preferred, but not required.
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented work environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of treasury management products such as ACH, wire services, remote deposit capture, and online banking.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and implementation timelines simultaneously.
