About this role
Role Overview
Serve as primary administrator for Workday, including data integrity, system updates, reporting, workflow management, and user support
Manage immigration processes in partnership with external counsel, including documentation tracking, compliance monitoring, and employee communication
Oversee end-to-end onboarding operations, including I-9 compliance, background checks, new hire communications, scheduling, and coordination with department leaders to ensure effective functional onboarding
Coordinate logistics and operational support for in-office and remote events, quarterly on-sites, leadership quarterly meetings, and annual company summits and other major people-related events
Maintain and update COOP (Continuity of Operations Plan) documentation to ensure organizational readiness
Manage employee access logistics, including key card ordering and coordination with facilities (e.g., gym access)
Execute on our employee recognition programs
Support with office management – inventory ordering and stocking, general office requests as needed.
Manage TravelPerk – our travel platform.
Support Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks that may range from scheduling and coordination to support with job descriptions and postings.
Requirements
Ability and willingness to commute to our office in Watertown, MA 2-3 days a week
Interest in People Operations or related field, HR experience a plus
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfort level handling confidential or sensitive information
Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to synthesize data at a high level
Systems thinker
experience with WorkDay or similar HRIS platform preferred
