Provide on-site and remote technical support for workplace technology and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures.
Assist in maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
Support equipment logistics and workplace technology inventory management.
Promote and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and collaboration platform best practices.
Guide users in the effective use of Microsoft collaboration tools, supporting training, adoption, and problem-solving.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, documenting solutions for future reference.
Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace technology and collaboration services, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives and facilitate the integration of new features and tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or workplace technology roles, including Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security fundamentals.
Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration (Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint Online.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to guide users in adopting workplace and collaboration technologies.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
