You identify and research potential customers and contacts in the logistics industry.
You proactively reach out to potential customers, analyze their needs, and qualify leads for the further sales process.
You organize and schedule qualified meetings or demos.
You document all activities and keep our data up to date in the CRM system.
You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to continuously improve lead generation and the sales process.
You analyze market trends and work with the team to develop new strategies for approaching potential customers.
You support the team at trade shows and events to make new contacts and generate leads.
Requirements
Initial hands-on experience in sales, sales development, or customer outreach—ideally in SaaS or logistics, but not mandatory.
Completed commercial training or a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics) or a comparable qualification.
You are a natural communicator, a good listener, and you convince others with your personable manner.
You are fluent in German and English.
You work independently, are motivated, and eager to develop yourself and our processes.
You are organized, work in a structured way, and enjoy diving into new topics.
Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools.
