Respond to inbound enquiries and contact prospective learners via phone, email, and CRM systems
Provide tailored advice on a wide range of qualifications, including Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Sports Massage, and Pilates
Support prospective students through the entire enrolment process, building trust and maintaining accurate records in our CRM
Work towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs with the reward of uncapped commission
Work closely with learner support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education enrolment is essential
A genuine passion for the health and wellbeing industry
A strong interest or experience in Pilates (teaching or personal practice is highly desirable)
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
A highly organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting KPIs
