Role Overview
- Execute demand forecasting and inventory planning for assigned brands
- Build and maintain short-term ordering plans with support from senior managers
- Prepare and review monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts
- Align with brand management on ordering strategies and execution
- Identify forecast deviations and recommend corrective actions with guidance
- Participate in brand calls and independently lead portions of discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of supply/demand planning, buying, or analytical experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Exposure to ERP systems and inventory workflows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring forecasting cycles
- Understanding of basic retail KPIs
- Developing interpersonal and communication skills
