Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide visibility into key people analytics (headcount, turnover, hiring trends, engagement, etc.).
Own the monthly raise request process end to end, from intake through CEO approval
Build and validate compensation calculations, modeling cost, and equity considerations
Partner with HRBPs and Finance to ensure requests are accurate, defensible, and aligned to guidelines
Prepare clear, executive-ready slides summarizing recommendations, rationale, and financial impact for CEO review
Track approved and denied requests to ensure clean downstream reporting and auditability
Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Support compensation, talent, and organizational design initiatives through data analysis and modeling.
Conduct audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems (Workday, Lever, etc.).
Participate in the annual headcount and budget planning process in partnership with Finance.
Assist with benchmarking, workforce planning, and predictive analytics to anticipate business needs.
Support HR operations projects such as process automation, reporting improvements, and system enhancements.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for People leadership and executive teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Human resources or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, HR operations, or a related data-driven function.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
