Develop and implement collaborative joint business plans to drive mutual growth.
Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers.
Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with marketplace partners.
Identify strategic opportunities and operational improvements to enhance performance.
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and recommend scalable solutions.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., onboarding, operations, advertising) to execute initiatives and deliver results.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling an eCommerce business
Hands-on experience with multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Target, eBay, etc.)
Outstanding analytical and data management skills
Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
Experience with omni-channel selling
Masters (or equivalent work experience) in related field
Demonstrated success in managing an e-commerce business
