As a Digital Workplace Services Analyst (m/w/d), you will be the primary point of contact for our employees on IT-related matters and ensure reliable operation of our workstations in both office and production environments.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects to continuously develop our services.
Provide qualified 2nd level support for our users in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.
Analyze, handle and resolve IT issues (Windows, hardware and software, mobile devices).
Diagnose and fix faults on-site in Blieskastel and predominantly remotely at other locations.
Work closely with internal IT teams to develop stable and sustainable solutions.
Contribute to IT projects, e.g., introduction of new workplace concepts, technologies and digital services.
Requirements
Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent IT qualification
Strong technical understanding of IT hardware and confident handling of PCs, printers and mobile devices in office and production environments (e.g., label printers, scanners, tablets)
Experience with Active Directory, M365, Intune, Entra, software distribution, helpdesk tools and MDM solutions
Basic knowledge of networking or server environments is an advantage
Strong service and customer orientation with friendly, clear communication (including telephone support) in German and English
