About this role
Role Overview
- Review contracts, purchase orders and billing details, enter accurate information into the MIS
- Prepare and submit invoices via multiple portals
- Monitor collection account files, contract documentation, and account close-outs.
- Coordinate with Project Accountant Team Lead, Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team, ARM and Risk Management teams
- Support quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned
- Prepares and submits invoices through various billing portals
Requirements
- BCom Accounting degree or related with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience with Billing and invoicing
- Proficiency in accounting system, MIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dynamics 365, Salesforce
- Experience with bulk invoicing preferred
- Strong analytical, time management, communication and attention to details skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, occasional travel may be required.
