Marketing Data Analyst II will work closely with the Product and Account Management teams to structure, visualize and analyze data coming from website activity, email, digital campaigns and CTV campaigns.
The role includes developing quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate performance of key business initiatives and define areas for optimization.
Synthesize complex analytics into compelling findings for presentations to senior marketing executives.
Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to source new data and resolve system issues that impede data extraction.
Define and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize customer value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences or related field required.
A minimum of 4-6 years of data analysis or marketing services experience is required.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL– on the job experience collaborating with architects on table design to support Tableau reporting and ad hoc requests.
Additional programming languages such as Python, R, etc. are a plus.
Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tool – on the job experience with creating dynamic visualizations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.
