Lead the sales and business development efforts in the assigned territory for WEGs Gearing product range
Implement a business plan to increase WEGs sales and market share
Promote and support WEG Gearing products, solutions, and service sales
Train and motivate internal and external sales teams to ensure sales goals are met
Travel within an assigned geographical sales territory
Identify, record and qualify all users of gear reducers and gearmotors
Maintain effective sales and business development plans

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Related field is preferred or equivalent in related experience
Strong business development acumen
High Competency with technical, marketing and customer service issues relevant to Gear Reducers and Gearmotors
High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Applications
3 years experience in sales and marketing of engineered products in a multiple level environment
Experience in sales and/or marketing of Gear Reducers and Gearmotors directly to OEMs, Distribution, Technical Departments and Engineering firms
