You will drive zepta's expansion by shaping our sales efforts from the ground up and acquiring new customers.
You are the primary point of contact for potential new clients: building relationships, evangelizing our product, and actively closing new B2B partnerships.
You plan, lead, and oversee technical customer implementations—hands-on, clear, and structured.
You regularly conduct on-site onboarding sessions across Germany directly at customer locations.
You independently coordinate and schedule your travel, in close alignment with the customer.
You motivate customers to actively participate and ensure they make progress and meet their goals.
You identify obstacles early and address escalations proactively, solution-focused, and with confidence.
You develop long-term customer relationships, support them over time, and grow together with them.
Requirements
You work with a high degree of autonomy and do not require micromanagement.
Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians.
You are willing to travel, flexible, and able to plan trips independently.
You can build trust—and restore it when necessary.
Building from scratch and fostering interpersonal relationships are your passions.
You have experience in sales, business development, onboarding, and technical implementations—ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
You can structure complex technical content in a way that is easy to understand and actionable for others.
A pragmatic attitude and the ability to get things done independently.
You speak fluent German and have conversational English.
You reside in Germany.
