Own the administration, configuration, and performance of the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, email and SMS platforms, website integrations, and analytics tools.
Ensure systems are properly integrated and architected to support lead management, event marketing, customer engagement, and revenue tracking.
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and technical implementations.
Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, governance standards, and data structures.
Manage marketing automation architecture, including lead lifecycle stages, scoring models and segmentation logic.
Oversee attribution framework and performance measurement models including multi-touch attribution and marketing-sourced versus influenced revenue definitions.
Own marketing data integrity, governance, and compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
Support the marketing team with audience segmentation for campaign execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure revenue impact and customer engagement.
Provide analysis that supports informed decision-making across marketing and leadership teams.
Partner with IT on system integrations, API connections, data architecture, and security protocols.
Identify and implement automation solutions that reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency.
Support budgeting and vendor evaluation related to marketing technology investments.
Train and support marketing team members on tools, processes, and data best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5 or more years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience administering CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce and related tools.
Experience supporting both B2B and consumer marketing environments preferred.
Experience designing and managing customer lifecycle frameworks, attribution models and demand generation enablement processes.
