Manage the accounts payable process by reviewing invoices and processing timely payment in QuickBooks
Monitor for vendor price increases and ensure prices are aligned with contracted rates.
Download bank and credit card activity and create or request correcting entries when appropriate.
Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit card accounts on a monthly basis and investigate variances.
Support sales accounting by reconciling sales, deposits, and payment platform activity across multiple channels.
Record recurring operating expenses such as utilities, cleaning, and pest control.
Support month-end and year-end work including inventory coordination and account cleanup.
Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records, including filing and mail handling.
Identify issues and improvement opportunities for the accounting process.

Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Two or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Ability to manage recurring deadlines and follow through on tasks with consistency.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, online banking platforms, and other accounting systems preferred.
Ability to reconcile activity across multiple systems and investigate discrepancies independently.
Professional communication skills for working with store managers, vendors, banks, and internal leaders.
Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information appropriately.
