Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting Active Directory Domain Administration and Identity Management
- Provide on-call support for high-severity issues within primary working hours of Eastern Time
Requirements
- Active Directory Domain Administration (Support in-flight DC migrations, GPO, Tier 3 Troubleshooting)
- Active Directory Identity and Group Management with Identity Lifecycle Knowledge (IdentityNow Sailpoint, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM))
- Advanced english
