Conduct on-site and remote technical assessments to align ENGELs service products with customer operational goals and capital budgets
Act as the primary point of contact for aftermarket needs, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing and implementation support
Present complex digital and mechanical solutions to diverse stakeholders, from maintenance teams to C-suite executives
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the plastics injection molding sector to provide feedback to regional and global ENGEL teams

Minimum 10 years of deep-rooted experience in the Plastic Injection Molding Industry
High school diploma required; a degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or Business is highly preferred
Proficiency with ENGEL cc90+ controllers (or equivalent OEM technology) and a firm grasp of automation and industrial IoT (Industry 4.0)
Proven ability to navigate corporate procurement processes and work within customer operational/capital budget cycles
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for customers
Approximately 75% travel (70% domestic territory travel; 5% international)
