Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery to successful close
Partner with HR and L&D leaders to understand their challenges and show how Learningbank can deliver real results
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create meaningful partnerships with customers
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract close
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably HR tech, LMS, or workplace tech)
Proven consultative sales methodology — uncovering needs before prescribing solutions
Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
Ability to navigate organizations and identify key decision-makers
Bilingual fluency: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian + English
