Head of Sales, Digital SaaS Solution

Role Overview

• You process incoming leads and develop them further
• You proactively build new customer relationships through cold outreach and networking
• You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
• You prepare proposals and support potential customers through to contract signing
• You diligently record all activities in our CRM system

Requirements

• Professional sales experience – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
• Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
• Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and personal accountability
• Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German (English skills are a plus)
• Experience with the HubSpot CRM system
• Industry knowledge in rental businesses (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
