Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by managing both inbound and outbound lead engagement through consistent, high-activity outreach in a fast-paced environment.
Manage inbound MQL follow-up, responding within defined SLAs and prioritizing leads based on engagement and intent.
Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline through targeted research and proactive outreach.
Engage prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including cold calls and follow-ups, to book qualified meetings.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot) with accurate notes, activity tracking, and clear next steps.
Represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events, sourcing and qualifying new leads, and contributing directly to pipeline generation.
Requirements
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or experience in a related field
Lead Generation Experience: Proven track record in generating leads through a mix of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
Communication: Clear, confident communicator across email and phone with the ability to build quick rapport
Time & Pipeline Management: Highly organized and disciplined in prioritizing outreach, follow-ups, and tasks to keep the pipeline moving
Initiative & Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry with a strong desire to excel
Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-changing environments; adjusts messaging, approach, and cadence based on what’s working
