Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing personnel data to monitor key KPIs for both Global and Italian populations
Support the full recruitment cycle by conducting CV screenings, managing candidate pipelines, and actively participating in first-round interviews
Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, ensuring effective organization of classes and a seamless learning experience for participants
Provide operational support to HR Business Partners in their daily collaboration with functional heads and local managers
Help coordinate the performance evaluation cycle for the target population
Contribute to the implementation of new ways of working and support management in cascading organizational changes
Requirements
Recent Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field
You are comfortable using numbers to tell a story and have a high attention to detail
You are proficient with Excel (formulas & reporting) and know how to create great presentations in PowerPoint
Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have
