About this role

Manage the SAGE X3 ERP solution, providing level 1 and 2 support and coordinating with external service providers
Ensure system availability and stability, and manage incidents and problems in collaboration with partners
Analyze business needs and define functional requirements in coordination with internal teams
Lead SAGE X3-related projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment and user training
Manage resources dedicated to the ERP, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and the roadmap
Train end users, provide post-implementation support and document outcomes to drive continuous improvement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering or business/management
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally focused on application/system management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar sector
Ability to translate business needs into software solutions and to customize ERP systems accordingly
Project management skills are desirable
Strong command of SAGE X3 and the Microsoft Office suite
Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
