Identifying areas of improvement in Evolution’s current business processes
Conducting process reviews to document ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process workflows
Developing and implementing new strategies and technologies
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Supporting successful adoption of the new procedures
Conducting performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes
Providing training and support to the team members
Analysing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Analysing data to prioritise areas to focus on
Mapping processes to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Creating process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures, policies and workflow diagrams
Collaboratively designing, developing and implementing optimised processes, procedures and technologies (in partnership with IT) to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction
Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
Requirements
A relevant degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, IT or project management, with additional qualifications an advantage
Hands‑on experience improving finance processes and leading transformation projects across areas like month end, reporting, payroll, or shared services
Exposure to ERP environments and an understanding of what sets an implementation up for success
