Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. The Digital Business Analyst will act as a liaison between marketing and technical teams, focusing on gathering requirements and supporting website enhancements and migrations in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and the development team
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management
- Strong understanding of WordPress CMS and web content management workflows
- Experience working with digital marketing teams and campaign management
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and website migration concepts is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Experience with marketing analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development processes
- Experience in fast casual / restaurant or retail industry is a plus
