About this role

Product feasibility and Process Flow analysis and study for vehicle assembly
Simulation through Delmia / Tools configuration finalization
Assembly process planning of Trims, chassis and final assembly in digital manufacturing
Assembly fixture design, designing small tools using concept knowledge and sequence
Integrating respective functional area (Vehicle Assembly) for a project
Implementing Global Manufacturing Strategies especially BOP and BOE
Providing functional area deliverables including respective Manufacturing process
Identification and resolution of issues
Ensuring implementation of Process Driven Product Designs (Manufacturing Requirements) and manufacturable parts
Preparing the manufacturing Strategy for the New product development
Basic budgeting based on Product assumptions and Process Synergies
Understanding of the New Product based on PALS and PDB
Conducting simulation studies to give a real time feedback to Designers
Conducting Virtual builds to check the issues upfront and provide feedback to designers
Lead role in Develop and Establish the Process planning, documentation and process sheets preparation
Ensuring the Digitization and Standardization of all the Project Activities
Developing Line and lineside Logistics layout
