Provide administrative support to Operational Security, AVSEC, Accreditation, Wildlife and RFFS (Rescue and Fire Fighting Services), focusing on training management, document control and support for indicators and reports.
Responsible for operating corporate systems (such as Airlink), supporting audits, organizing records, meetings and events, and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and institutional materials, always in accordance with the company’s security, ethics and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
Preferred experience in administrative, technical or operational support roles, preferably in a regulated environment;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Experience in filing, document control and recordkeeping.
