Role Overview
- Handling operational HR matters at the Baierbrunn and Hamburg locations
- Independently managing local HR correspondence and preparing works council consultations
- Conducting recruitment activities, including interviews and supporting hiring decisions
- Supporting local, regional, and global projects and initiatives
- Advising on and coordinating maternity protection and parental leave
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Relevant further training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of German labor law and works council law
- Ideally, experience applying collective bargaining agreements and company-level agreements
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment
- Reliable and structured work approach
