Manage and maintain master employee data in our internal systems (including HRM and time-tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
Regularly prepare and update analyses, reports and overviews
Create documents from templates (e.g., form letters, certificates or reference letters) and handle general correspondence
Prepare the monthly payroll
Support HR projects, particularly digitalization initiatives
Collaborate with the works council in a confidential and constructive manner
Requirements
Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Solid experience in the tasks listed above
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with Personio
Good knowledge of relevant legal areas (income tax, social security and employment law)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Positive mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
Very good German and good English skills
