As an experienced salesperson/consultant, you engage with C-level decision-makers on equal footing, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that identified needs become clear, actionable projects.
At the same time, you further develop our internal sales and growth structures.
You build scalable sales funnels, structure processes, and create transparency along the customer journey — with the goal of establishing a sustainable, efficient and future-proof sales organisation at twomynds.
Responsible for building and advancing our sales strategy in complex, consulting-intensive sales processes.
Identification, qualification and development of leads — from the initial idea to concrete project and proposal structures.
Leading conversations at C-level and top-management levels and convincingly positioning our data & AI solutions.
Developing pitches, proposal logic and solution narratives together with consulting and tech.
Actively shaping our portfolio and identifying new growth areas, industries and use cases.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development or growth, ideally in consulting, AI, or data environments.
Proven experience in complex, explanation-intensive sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong strategic understanding of business models, data-driven decision-making and value-based argumentation.
Confident presence and excellent communication skills at C-level.
High personal responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of building and shaping things.
Very good German skills (C1 or higher).
Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems, performance-driven sales or portfolio management.
