Partner with the TA team to best organize and effectively support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition team, primarily for the US Business Unit and Global functions located in Princeton, NJ; from the initial job opening through the recruitment process.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal interview teams where there is no EA/AA support, considering the dynamics of the organization/team/individuals as well as priorities.
Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Maintain strong, open, timely communication and coordination with the candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, as well as any other key stakeholders.
Directing approved vendors to follow submission process (sending applicant link to candidates when needed) to ensure EEO compliance.
Assist candidates with EEOC application link, where necessary.
Editing current or publishing new positions when positions come through as approved – requisition tracking with TA.
Sending screening questions to new applicants and candidates to quickly disqualify those not in range etc. and then identifying with TA those to schedule (with manager, TA, or other).
Help with collection and filing of candidate confidentiality documents, where appropriate.

Updating special cases tracker for HR & Finance with fees and referrals
Assist with metrics reporting
Draft offer letters per details provided
Conduct reference checks where necessary.
Support TA & Global/Local HR projects and deliverables for various initiatives.
HR related tasks include, but not limited to: BLS survey submissions, job description audits, training audits and completions (i.e., Harassment)

Working knowledge in compliance with HR procedures and training requirements for new and continuing associates, understanding includes both Federal state-related employment compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Demonstrated success track record of working in a fast-paced setting that includes supporting multiple individuals.
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.
Prior Human Resources or Recruiting support experience a strong plus & preferred.
