About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the company’s legal security by handling matters across Corporate, Contractual, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management.
Support operational departments in their strategic projects and day-to-day operations.
Legal follow-up of corporate life (approval of accounts, statutory amendments, powers of attorney, corporate mandates).
Organize and secure corporate bodies (AGMs, Board meetings, shareholder resolutions).
Draft and update corporate documentation.
Participate in exceptional transactions (restructurings, acquisitions, strategic partnerships).
Operational management of the risk-mapping exercise.
Develop and coordinate implementation of the control plan.
Act as DPO / supervise GDPR compliance.
Formalize and update regulatory documentation.
Manage and structure contractual documentation.
Draft and negotiate strategic contracts.
Monitor the trademark portfolio.
Requirements
Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law / Corporate Law (DJCE appreciated).
At least 5 years of experience in Corporate law (excluding internships).
Strong ability to handle cross-functional, high-exposure matters in direct contact with business teams.
Good understanding of compliance and risk-management issues, with a business-oriented approach.
Strategic vision and ability to support decision-making, particularly in contexts requiring trade-offs.
Analytical mindset and ability to co-develop pragmatic solutions with operational teams.
Clear, pedagogical and constructive communication, facilitating adoption of legal matters by the business.
A partner-oriented stance that promotes cooperation and team buy-in.
Ability to integrate operational constraints into recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage discussions and sensitive situations professionally.
Ability to provide clear, effective, solution-oriented recommendations that balance legal certainty and operational performance.
