Role Overview
- Site identification and land securing
- Stakeholder management
- Management of land-use planning and building permit procedures up to construction readiness
- Close collaboration with local stakeholders such as municipalities, authorities, agricultural cooperatives and landowners
- Management of external consultants and service providers
- Identification of M&A opportunities for solar and battery storage projects
Requirements
- Several years' experience in the project development of ground-mounted solar PV, large-scale battery storage or wind projects in Germany
- Experience using project management tools and financial models for profitability/economic assessments
- Extensive knowledge of the German renewable energy market and a strong professional network
