About this role
Role Overview
Take commercial responsibility for strategically relevant RFQs with a focus on margin and profitability management.
Lead complex price and contract negotiations outside standardized frameworks.
Analyze recurring operational issues and develop structural solutions to sustainably improve performance.
Manage commercially critical situations during supply chain instability or logistical challenges.
Assess customer policy changes for their impact on profitability and pricing structures.
Align cross-functional initiatives and define clear commercial courses of action.
Act as a strategic interface between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Management.
Challenge existing pricing models and actively drive margin-focused optimizations.
Requirements
At least five years of solid B2B sales experience, ideally in strategic account management.
Proven experience in complex sales environments with significant financial responsibility.
Confident analysis of pricing structures and a detailed understanding of margin mechanics.
Confident negotiation at senior and management levels with a clear focus on sustainable profitability.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders even without formal managerial authority.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive decision-making and strong ownership.
Technical understanding and the ability to quickly get up to speed on complex products (PCB knowledge is a plus).
Negotiation-level German (minimum C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
