About this role

Lead an end-to-end L&D design project, from initial needs analysis and conceptualization through to development, implementation, and evaluation
Identify the learning and development needs and priorities of individuals, teams, or departments within the organization
Contribute to the development and design of learning programs, workshops, courses, and training materials that align with organizational objectives
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate the delivery of online courses
Design and develop sophisticated, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360
Serve as the technical expert for SCORM and xAPI standards; upload, test, and troubleshoot content packages
Create compelling learning assets, including long-form interactive courses and short-form rapid video content

4+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology (EdTech), or a related L&D role
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in education, Computer Science (CS), Business, or any other related field
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to build both long-form interactive courses and short-form rapid video content
Fluent in French is a major plus.
