About this role
Role Overview
Provide HR support and guidance
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company policies
Ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
Develop and support an HR strategy alongside the Canadian leadership team
Oversee the Associate Relations function
Manage the HR Generalist responsible for associate relations
Train and advise associates and managers on the use of performance management tools
Conduct employee relations investigations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
More than 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role; at least 2 years’ experience conducting employee relations investigations
Outstanding ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with HR best practices and frameworks
Knowledge of national employment laws and regulations
Strong employee relations skills and an in-depth knowledge of Canada
CRHA or CRIA designation considered an asset
