Bilingual Human Resources Manager – Maternity Leave Coverage

Role Overview

• Provide HR support and guidance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company policies
• Ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
• Develop and support an HR strategy alongside the Canadian leadership team
• Oversee the Associate Relations function
• Manage the HR Generalist responsible for associate relations
• Train and advise associates and managers on the use of performance management tools
• Conduct employee relations investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• More than 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role; at least 2 years’ experience conducting employee relations investigations
• Outstanding ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of and experience with HR best practices and frameworks
• Knowledge of national employment laws and regulations
• Strong employee relations skills and an in-depth knowledge of Canada
• CRHA or CRIA designation considered an asset
